Measure Research on the Amount and Proportion of Government Investment in Higher Education*
A number of general indexes are indispensable when some country or region identifies the amount and proportion of higher education invested by the government, otherwise it will affect the smooth development of higher education, and the ultimate result is that the economy is destroyed. There have been many measure methods about the amount and proportion of higher education invested by the government, and programming method and multiple linear regression method are described in this paper. By using computer software, we can find the empirical results obviously. The conclusion is that gross domestic product (GDP) and population quantity of higher education age (18-22) play a decisive role in government investment.
