Study of Dynamic Model on Higher Education & Regional Economic Development Based on Neural Networks

摘要：

The dynamic configuration model about higher education and regional economic development firstly was established in this paper. And Shandong Province has been taken as example to predict future economic development with the model and method of neural networks. We make use of the established model to explore the scale of educational resources, which is suited to the economic development of Shandong Province.
