Research on the Efficiency of the Integration of the Loan and Public Financial Support to Agriculture
Basing on agency by agreement and transaction costs theories, it analyses the relationship of loan, public financial and peasants’ income and advances the idea of integration. Using the practical data of transitional period, the essay applies the Granger Causality Test to analyze the relationship between the loan and public financial support to peasants’ income. It obtains that the loan leading by government support to peasants’ income is not notable. Basing on research on the efficiency of the integration of the loan and public finance, it tests the practicability of the integration of them. At last, it puts forward some policy suggestion to the integration.
