A Research on the Causes of Disharmony of Science and Technology and Regional Economic Growth Using Grey Relational Analysis

摘要：

Based on the data of 2003 to 2007, we try to inquire the causes of disharmony of science and technology and economic development in Shandong using grey relational analysis. The results indicate that the reasons of science and technology in Shandong relatively backward lie in: (1) Lack of efficient operational environment and mechanism of science and technology; (2) Insufficient investment in science and technology; (3) Low capability in science and technology resource allocation; (4) Lack effective talent incentive mechanism. At last, feasibility proposals were put forward on the basis of analysis.
