Research on the Relation between Coal Mine Safe Production and Economic Level of Development
As we all know, mine safety and other sectors of safe production, safety engineering technology by itself affect the level of development, but also with the states level of economic development are closely linked. National economic development level, the level of development of mining technology, coal mine safe production laws and regulations enacted with the implementation of the coal enterprises, such as employees of the cultural quality of macroeconomic factors, to a large extent influence the industry safety standards. The paper applies the measurement economical modeling analysis method and establishes the measurement economical model, indicates the relations between the coal mine safe production and the economic development. By analyzing the model, we can get the following conclusions: The mining mechanization level, the number of yearly promulgated several laws and regulations, the GDP growth rate and the percentage of engineering and technical personnel ,these four factors have negative correlation with mortality per million tons of coal mine safe production. Moreover, the proportion of output of township coal mines has a positive correlation with it. And further points out improvement of the coal mine safety level through regulating major influencing factors of the model. This paper can be used as the state departments concerned to study and formulate the national coal mine safe production strategic objectives and measures to provide important theoretical basis for improving the security situation in coal mine has a theoretical value and practical significance.
