Research on the Establishing the Assessment Indez System based on the Construction of A New Socialist Countryside

摘要：

On the basis of analysising deeply the centre’s history background of construction a new socialist countryside, understanding the theory and practical significance of constructing the assessment index system based on the construction of a new socialist countryside and grasping the constructing principle of construction a new socialist countryside, the author brings forward the ideas of designing assessment index system of construction a new socialist countryside. In this paper, the frame of the assessment index system based on the construction of a new socialist countryside is constructed mainly from five aspects: “production development, living in plenty, civilization, tidiness and democratic management, according the centre’s implement view on construction a new socialist countryside and standard requirement of all-round well-off society.
