Sensitivity Analysis of Nonparametric Efficiency Scores in Price Regulation of Electricity Distribution Market

摘要：

Using bootstrap to analysis the efficiency scores of DEA, it offers corrected efficiency index of electricity distribution sellers. And then the method is applied to study the price regulation of electricity distribution market. In addition, the methods of calculation efficiency factor are proposed. On the foundation, a new price regulation combining corrected efficiency index with PRI-X in electricity distribution market is given.
