An Empirical Study on Economic Cycle and Artistic Works Investment

摘要：

There are two violently different views on the relationship between economic cycle and artistic works investment. One view believes that there is remarkably positive correlation between the changes of economic cycle and the fluctuation of artistic works investment. However, an alternative view believes that there is not remarkably positive correlation between them. As a matter of fact, the economic cycle exercises a great influence on the artistic works investment, and artistic works are hard to become the valuable instruments that substitute for securities to resist system risk in investment market.
