Analysis on Enhancing the Contribution of Chinas Labor Depends on Rational Development of Small and Medium Enterprises
How to improve double and rational growth of the economy and employment rate of our country soundly is a significant project for research concerning economy, society and polity. This essay taked relationship between the structure of employment and economy increasing of our country as a beginning point, analyzing the facts from1981to 2005, and got the conclusion that improper structure of industrial employment is the vital reason why the relationship between rate of economical growth and employment rate is unreasonable relatively. At last, we presented the suggestion that enhancing the contribution of Chinas labor depends on rational development of SMEs.
