An Empirical Analysis on the Agricultural Technical Efficiency in the Grain-producing Areas of China and the Causal factors ——with JiLin Province as Ezample

摘要：

The agricultural development of the grain-producing areas is the key to Chinese food security. Moreover, the increase of technical efficiency has become the most important driving power to promote the agriculture. Therefore, based on the quantitative appraisal on agricultural technical efficiency with the Malmquist Index model, this Paper takes Jilin Province as an Example to analyze the causal factors such as R&D investment, Human Capital and Institutional environment with the Tobit regression models.
