The Statistical Analysis about farmlands’ Rights Transfer Behavior------Based on Sichuan field survey

摘要：

Based on 209 farmers of Sichuan Province in 2008,using Logistic regression and multiple linear regression study farmland transfer, The results showed that farmer’s farmlands’ rights transfer behavior can be due to external economic activities; the more revenue of home per capita from non-agriculture which farmers have , the higher of the probability they participate in farmlands’ rights transfer; The relevance between the profits from farmlands’ rights transfer and farmlands’ transfer square meter is higher; Government subsidies promote farmer’s farmlands’ rights transfer.
