The Canonical Correlation Analysis of Shanghai Residents Income and Consumption

摘要：

This paper introduces the principle of canonical analysis and use the canonical analysis to analyze the relationship between the income and consumption expenditure of Shanghai residents, then draw some conclusions: such as the wage is still the most factor which influence resident’s consumption expenditure, the consumption expenditure structure of urban residents is relatively reasonable and the consumption expenditure structure of rural residents is need update.
