Study on Supply and Demand of Rural Infrastructure of Heilongjiang Province Based on Gray Correlation Analysis

摘要：

The effective supply of the rural infrastructure play a significant impact on rural development. This paper selects rural infrastructure-related data from 1995 to 2005 in Heilongjiang Province and study on the supply and demand of rural infrastructure by useing gray relational analysis method. This paper gets the gray correlation dgree of the rural infrastructure between the impact of related factors in Heilongjiang Province and analysis the relationship each other. This paper proposes that the Government should make some countermeasures such as increase investment in rural areas and expand funding sources ,and so on .Thus a reference can be given for the construction of rural infrastructure in Heilongjiang Province.
