Research on the Relationship between Human Resources and Economic Development in Jilin Province

摘要：

On the basis of analyzing the relationship between human resource and the regional economic development, by applying econometric models from the quantity of human resources, the quantity of human resource in different industries, the quality of human resources and the flow of human resources, we analyzed influences of human resources’ situation to economic development in Jilin Province, put forward the suggestions and countermeasures in strengthening human resources exploitation and administration.
