Difference Analysis of Urban and Rural Students’ Personality Characteristics in City Colleges

摘要：

Focusing on the personality formation state of city college students in China, this article conducts a survey research on 1046 students from Liren College in Yanshan University with the tool of 16PF (Sixteen Personality Factor Questionnaire) and the questionnaire on students’ basic information. It analyzes the differences between urban and rural students’ personality and the causes of their personality formation. Findings and implications in the study are useful for the establishment of security system of education quality and the implementation of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude in city colleges.
