An Empirical Study on the Correlation betweenEmployees’ Job Stress and Organizational Commitment in Private Enterprise

The job stress is an important factor that has an impact on staff commitment and then influences the work behavior. Intensive work and the heavy work load often affect employees’ organizational commitment to varying degrees, which in turn will affect the performance of the organization. Therefore, the modern organization should be clear to the influence degree of a variety source of stress on organizational commitment, and take a targeted strategy to reduce the job stress level. As a starting point, this paper makes an empirical study on the correlation between employees’ job stress and organizational commitment in Private enterprise, and makes recommendations to stress management based on the conclusions of the study.
