Ezact Conditional Analysis in 2×2 Contingency Table
Methods for exact-sample analyses with categorical data have been developed rapidly in recent years. A polynomial based distribution denoted PBD, is defined as a probability distribution constructed from a polynomial. This article gives the form of a binomial distribution, and the form of 2×2 contingency table, when it is called the independent observations one margin fixed design. A example is presented, obtain results of two point estimate methods and confidence interval using this algorithm from TST evidence function.
