Questionnaire Survey Design Method for Two Characteristics at the Same Time
survey of sensitive issue is a problem of a concern in social sampling investigation. If the survey involves certain personal feature people wish to hide from other, open or direct queries often fail to yield reliable data on such sensitive topic. In this paper we proposed an indirect questionnaire survey design method which can be used to estimate the proportion of the individual having two sensitive characteristics at the same time. In addition, the estimation for the joint probability and conditional probability of the two sensitive attributes are proposed and its variances are discussed. The method can be protects the privacy an interviewee, and thus he/she may be expected to cooperate and response truthfully. It has extensive value in questionnaire research, but also in internet survey.
