Research on How to Optimizing Ezecutive Correlated Policy to Increase Farmer’s Income of Heilongjiang Province
How to appraise the effect executed result of correlated public policy to increase farmer’s income is a hot topic, to which current society pays more attention. Optimizing the pattern of executive policy is a key way to enhances public policy executive effect and increase farmers’ income .This article bases on the present situation of correlated policy for increasing farmer’s income of Heilongjiang province, and analyzes the main question of it, then proposes countermeasures on how to optimize the executive pattern, such as creating favorable environment and executive pattern of policy; enhancing the role of farmers and so on. By these methods we can finally attain the policy goal of increasing farmers’ income.
