A Relative Income Determination Model to Tourism Assessment – Data Collection from Social Accounting Matriz, Jiangsu Province
With the 2002 Tourism Social Accounting Matrix (TSAM-2002) in Jiangsu Province in China, the paper uses the relative income determination model and the additive decomposition of the distribution measurement by Roland-Holst & Sancho (1992), it quantitatively measure the relative income distribution among the tourism industries. It shows that the net multiplier effect has less impact upon the tourism industries in Jiangsu Province. With less restrictive conditions, the net multiplier effect discovers the reciprocally beneficial relationships between the industries as much as possible.
