Research on Model of Social Channel Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation
Fuzzy logic method was used to develop the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model (FCEM), which could quantitatively assess social channel dealers. 197 social channel dealers of telecom company were taken as a study case. The framework of FCEM for the integrated system included fifteen subsystems, which were place of business, area of business, times of personnel training etc. The research would be valuable in the comprehensive quantitative evaluation of social channel dealers.
