A Study on the Relationship between Native and Customers Information of the Enterprise
Compared with the study based on the symmetric information between the enterprises native and exterior, the paper studies the asymmetric information by data mining of the enterprises native and exterior information, and then analyzes the relationship between them. At last, the software realization frame work is presented. The data-mining of the enterprises native information is very important for its decision and the CRM study should include the enterprises native information and should compare their native and exterior information. The example is discussed in the data-mining of customers information and the employees information.
