The Future Development of Credit Derivatives in China from the View of Financial Crisis

摘要：

Acting as the stimulus, amplifier and accelerator in current financial crisis, credit derivatives incur much criticism. After reviewing credit derivatives roles in the financial crisis, people are thinking, after the crisis, whether credit derivatives will be completely replaced, whether credit derivatives will be back to nature, and whether better supervision system thereof would be more in place? Clear understanding of these issues will help us to explore the development of credit derivatives in the future times and construct better supervision system.
