Fast DOA Estimation with ULA in the Presence of Sensor Gain and Phase Errors
When array errors such as sensors’ gain and phase uncertain existing, high-resolution DOA estimation methods performance degrades significantly. In this paper, A simple and fast calibration algorithm that does not require any priori knowledge of the DOA of signal with sensor gain and phase uncertainties is presented The sensors’ gain and phase errors can be respectively corrected by repairing the covariance matrix with Toeplize characteristic. Computer simulation results illustrate the good performance of the proposed algorithm.
