Some Aspects of Ezperimental and Theoretical Methods Defining the Deformation of The Soils
The article is dedicated to the past, present and future ways of improving the calculating methods defining the deformation of the soils. Considered experimental methods are stamp tests in laboratory and field, also geomonitoring before, during and after erecting the buildings. Analysis of the similarities and differences of stamp tests in laboratory and field is made. If the building has foundation plate, it can be used as a big stamp. The advantages and disadvantages of the existing experimental and theoretical methods are given. The analysis has theoretical and practical meaning and applied to modern construction.
