EMPIRICAL RESEARCH ON THE FIT OF INNOVATIVE TALENTS GROWING ENVIRONMENT IN THE NORTH OF JIANGSU
This paper establishes some evaluation indicators of the fit of innovative talents growing environment in the north of Jiangsu. Applying the principal component analysis, a model to evaluate the fit of innovative talents growing environment is built. Then, this paper gives a reasonable evaluation on the status quo of innovative talents growing environment in the north of Jiangsu base on the model and puts forward some suggestions on how to build and optimize innovative talents growing environment in the future.
