The Design and Implementing of University Personnel Dossier Management System Based on Web Services

The technology of web services is introduced. Then, in the paper, we advance the design and realization of university personnel dossier management system based on web services, and implement the system under windows .NET framework. The system has the advantages of security, maintains and extensiveness.
