High-performance Full-Differential Op-Amp Design

摘要：

The design process of a high-performance full-differential operational amplifier is described in this article. Based on the telescope structure, we optimize the parameters for high performance. In the 0.18μm CMOS technology, simulation results show that the op-amp achieves good performance in gain, bandwidth and phase margin.
