On discrete subgroups of plane quasiconformal maps

摘要：

We show that a non-elementary quasiconformal group G acting on (R)2 is discrete iffevery non-elementary subgroup generated by two loxodromic elements of G is discrete. As an application, we prove an algebraic convergence theorem on quasiconformal groups acting on (R)2.
