On Hermitian positive definite solutions of matriz equatlon X=Q+A* X-1 A
Consider the Hermitian positive definite solutions of the matrix equation X = Q + A* X A.We give a new and simple method to prove that there exists a unique positive definite solution to the equation. The basic fixed point iteration for the equation is given. The results are illustrated by numerical examples.
