On Hermitian positive definite solutions of matriz equation X-A*Xq A = I(q>1)
We study the Hermitian positive definite solutions of the matrix equation X - A*Xq A = I with q>1. An exact estimation on the solutions is given and the basic fixed point iterations for the equation arc discussed in some detail.
