A based-on matriz factorization ezponential stability criterion for delayed neural networks with variable delays
A set of criteria for exponential stability of a class of delayed neural networks with variable delays are presented through the combination of Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional with matrix factorization theory. Our results unify and generalize all these appeared in the previous references.
