If ak ≥0 , m∑k=1 ak ≥1 and Bk are n x n normegative matrices, k ∈1,2,..., m, then ρ(B1(a1)o... o Bm(am) ≤maxmΠk=1 Bk (i,i)ak + mΠk=1P(Bk)-Bk (i,i)ak≤Πp(Bk)ak.Our bound is better than the bound of Theorem 5.7.7 in R.A. Horn, C.R. Johnson, Topics in Matrix Analysis, P361 and includes Maozhong Fangs result in 2007 as a special case.
