State feedback of network control systems with network-induced time delay based on observer

摘要：

A class of network control systems with long sensor-to-control time delay and short control-to-actuator delay is considered. An observer is designed to compensate long sensor-to-control time delay, and the model of the networked control system is given. Using the separate principle and LMIs, the state feedback control design approach is given, and the design method of the observer is given, in which the observer gains can be calculated according to the up bound of sensor-to-control time delay.
