Matriz Ezpression for the Zeros of Polynomial

摘要：

The distribution of the zeroes of a polynomial is very important in polynomial inertia theory.Usingthe properties of rational generators of Hankel matrices, the author gives the description for zeros of Polynomial. The author proves that the number of the different roots of a polynomial can be expressed by the rank of an Hankel matriee, the othor properties of the zeroes of a polynomial can also be obtained by matrix term,such as positive semidefinite matrices and proper Hankel matrices.
