Bifurcation periodic solution of a time-delayed Internet congestion control algorithm
By Hopf bifurcation theory, the stability of a time-delayed fluid flow algorithm in Internet congestion control is studied, which indicates that when the communication delay R reaches a critical value Ro, Hopf bifurcation occurs and the system becomes unstable. Then a perturbation method is used to derive the periodic solution in the form of some matrices, which makes the result simple and legible. Finally the theoretical results are verified by numerical simulations.
