The Double α-Diagonally Dominant Matriz and its Application

摘要：

In the paper, we introduce the definition of the double α -diagonally dominant matrices. Firstly we give some sufficient conditions for a matrix to be a double α -diagonally dominant matrix, and then we give some new decision criteria for generalized strictly diagonally dominant matrices.
