Degree of quaternion polynomial matriz

摘要：

In this paper, an important mathematics tool of modem control theory---quatemion polynomial matrix was studied .The definitions of row(line) degree and row (line)coefficient matrix were presented,the relations between them and the corresponding definitions ofcomplex presentation were discussed.
