A Hybrid Matriz-valued Rational Interpolation Method

A variety of matrix-valued rational interpolation problems include the partial realization problem for matrix power series and the minimal rational interpolation problem for general matrix functions. To the previous work different, in the paper we build a matrix-valued padé-type approximation at some given interpolation points and then mix them by means of Lagrange interpolating basis function to form a new rational interpolation method.An example is given to show the effectiveness of this method.
