Improvement and Application of Walsh-Hadamard Transform

摘要：

The paper describes the application of Hadamard Matrix properties in digital image process,and improves the methods of digital image process with Hadamard Matrix, then proposes a new method in digital image process, named WSF Transform, this method modifies image transform from matrix transform of image, it has the characters of extensive application, operations more efficiency and so on.
