Constructing Bent Functions by GH-Matrices

摘要：

The construction of bent functions or sequences is ahot topic in cryptology and the problem of finding bent functions using matrices has not been resolved well until now. In the present paper, an approach of constricting bent sequences by concatenating the rows of certain special matrices was quested, and the outcomes generalized the result m 2and 3.
