Matriz Approzimation On Submatriz and Spectral constraints

In this paper, we discuss matrix approximation of a class of symmetric generalized centrosymmetric matrices, based on submatrix and spectral constraints. The solvability conditions of inverse eigenvalues problem with submatrix constrains are established and an explicit expression of the solutions is derived. The associated best approximation solution is deduced.
