Copositive matrices with Perron-Frobenius property
It is shown in 3 that the spectral radii of each copositive matrix is also its eigenvalue. In 2,the authors gives the problem of characterizing the copositive matrices with Perron-Frobenius (PF-) property,where they also present some sufficient conditions for a copositive matrix possessing this property. We focus on the copositive matrices with PF-property, which is not entrywise nonnegative, and obtain necessary and sufficient conditions for copositive matrices of order 2 and 3 to have PF-property.
