A necessary and sufficient condition for a Toeplitz matriz possessing a Toeplitz inverse

By use of the translation property of Toeplitz matrices, we obtain a necessary and sufficient condition for a given matrix to be Toeplitz, by which, we get a necessary and sufficient condition for a given Toeplitz matrix to possess a Toeplitz inverse.
