On the matriz equation X = Q+A*(Im⊕X-C)rA

Consider the nonlinear matrix equation X = Q+A*(Im⊕X-C)rA (0<r<1) . the existence and uniqueness of the Hermitian positive definite solution (HPD) which is contained in some subset of the HPD matrices are proved under the condition that Im ⊕ Q > C.An effective algorithm for computing the unique solution is presented.
