Hydrological Forecasting Real-time Adjustment Technique Based On Matriz Analysis

摘要：

Zhanghe reservoir is connected by Guan Yinsi reservoir and Ji Gongjian reservoir through semi-natural open channel. Because of the complex influence factors, many flood forecast projects established did not come to applied level. This text adopts real-time adjustment technique based on matrix analysis. It basically avoids the calculating error problem, and establishes first-rate reservoir flood forecast project.
