Linear operator preserving the Quadratic Numerical Range of Block Operator Matriz
Let Mm and M m×n denote the algebras of m×m and m × n complex matrices, respectively. Let mnk=Γ:Γ=(ABCD),A∈Mk,B∈Mk×(n-k),C∈M(n-k)×k,D∈Mn-k,W2(Γ)denote the quadratic numerical range of 2×2 block operator matrix r in Mnk,Φ be the linear operator on Mnk satisfying W2(Φ(Γ))= W2(Γ)for all Γ ∈ Mnk. In this paper, we characterize those linear operators Φ on Mnk preserving the quadratic numerical range of block operator matrix in Mnk under certain conditions.
