Primes in the doubly stochastic circulants of order 4

摘要：

The classification of primes in the semigroup of the nonnegative matrices is of interest to control and system theory. In this paper, methods on how to distinguish whether a doubly stochastic circulant A=circ(a) of order 4 is a prime are presented, where the positive elements of the vector a are not consecutive.
