Thinking of the Idea of Space of Flows Effect on the Conversion of Planning Mode in New Era
With the new social background under the role of globalization and information,a new special form：space of flows produce．The article analyses the concept of the space of flows,in turn,discussed the idea of the space of flowsin detail．We reveal the new idea of the space of flows that include the spatial development of the mobility,the network of spatial structure and duality of behavior pattern．Flows has always been the core driving force for social development,the space of flows is dominated by the information society,which show the flow characteristics of network,integrated physical space and virtual space characteristics of the space of flows for human action provides two different platforms．Then,the article researches the space of flows from the concept of triggering the urban planning support system,urban structure,function and so on．Research shows that the new context of urban support system should be based on the city to build a skeleton of flows mainly through the strengthening of support for the movement of high-speed transportation system,as well as nonmaterial support to improve the flow of information infrastructure construction to achieve the rapid movement of urban space．Urban structure changes from the city center to the network．The functions of the city should be placed in the giobal urban system to be positioned and analyzed．The space of flows makes urban land use function change from a single function to the flexible features．The transformation of the planning requires broader flexibility．
