Small Signal Modeling of Two-Channel Interleaved Boost Converter with Integrated Coupling Inductors using PCM Control
For a two-channel interleaved boost converter with integrated coupling inductors operating in continuous-conduction mode (CCM), this paper describes a unified dynamic model used peak current-mode control (PCM) with the signal flow-graph modeling. The small signal transfer functions from control voltage to output voltage, from the input voltage to the output voltage or the audio-susceptibility, from output current to output voltage or the output impedance, and from input current to input voltage or the input impedance, are derived. The derivation is verified by the experimental measurement, confirming the validity of this modeling approach.
